How GoCall works?

1. Choosing a plan

As a first step in the process you will select which of our subscription plans you prefer and which additional features you will need.

2. Registration

After choosing a subscription plan you will need to provide your personal data which includes your time zone and payment details.

3. Syncing account

Once you complete registration you will be greeted with a pop-up to sync your GoCall data with your Google Calendar.

4. Setting your schedule

Now you will be able to add users, set offers and finally organize your booking calendar.

5. GoCall integration

With your calendar all set you will be given either a custom booking website link or a custom integration link to add to your website and you are good to go.

6. Enjoy your GoCall experience

Your customers can now use our GoCall booking platform and schedule any needed appointments for your services through it.


In order to register you will first have to choose your subscription plan, after which you will choose what additional features you need, then you will provide your personal / payment data and finally you will be taken to the dashboard of our booking platform.

On the dashboard page you can choose how to set your employees date and time, eg. Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 by navigating to the sidebar and selecting calendar > plan schedule in the upper right corner.

To set up your offers you will need to navigate to the sidebar and click on the offer page, there you will be able to add and edit the offers that your business provides.

If you wish to add additional users you can do so by going to the sidebar and selecting settings > hosts where you will fill out your employees information.

Offers are our in-house term for all services provided by the businesses that utilize GoCall, as an example a hair salon that uses GoCall will offer some of the following services: a haircut, hair dyeing, styling etc.

After setting your calendar if you don't have a website you will receive a custom booking website link to your own personal website. If you do have a website you will receive a custom integration link which you will then copy and insert into your website as a new element.

Yes, after setting up all your appointments and offers you can sync everything in your schedule with your Google Calendar by connecting it at settings.

Our platform is integrated with Stripe, which means we accept all types of payments that are supported by Stripe, such as American Express, Mastercard, Visa etc.
